Green Policy
At Enchanted Table Catering, we are committed to incorporating as many earth saving and green practices into the way we do business as possible. We’re very proud of an event we catered recently for Liberty Northwest Insurance Corporation where nothing (really, nothing!) was thrown away.
Green Power
With Green Source, a PGE program, 100% of our monthly electricity usage comes from renewable power. In 2008, Green Source was sourced from approximately 85% new wind and 15% new biomass power. We also subscribe to the PGE Habitat Support program that provides funds to The Nature Conservancy for restoration of local fish habitat.
Buy Local
We buy from and support local Northwest food vendors who all have their own impressive green policies and who supply us with a larger percentage of the food we use:
- St. Honore Bakery: Supplying us with incredibly fresh bread for our sandwiches, appetizers and bread baskets.
- Provvista: Our source for incredible cheeses, olives, chocolate, nuts, and more.
- SP Provisions: Supplier of high-quality Northwest meats, including Cascade Natural Beef, Draper Valley Chicken, and Carlton Farms Pork.
Recycle… Recycle… Recycle
Between our mixed waste recycling (paper, tin foil, cans, glass, cardboard) through Cloudburst Recycling, our plastic recycling through Far West Fibers, and our participation in Portland Composts!, we hardly generate any trash; less than 1 bag a week. We’re so excited!

What our customers are saying…
“Thank you for making our dreams come true! The BBQ pizza was amazing and everyone loved all the great fresh toppings. It meant a lot to us that you were able to fulfill our wish for pizza at the wedding. The burgers, chicken, and portobello mushrooms topped it all off. Thanks for all the special details in making our day great! ”
